Our FREE 90 day trial version is NOT a 'lite' version with reduced functionality. It is the fully working version with all features.
You can use the trial version for up to 3 users.
The only difference between the FREE Trial version and the paid version is the trial version will add a discrete
footer to any email or printed material saying "Produced by 1BizApp (FREE Version). One App to run your company."
Paid Version
Our standard paid version costs £20 + VAT per user per month and each user gets 10GB storage.
The storage is shared across your whole company so if you have 5
registered users you have a total of 50GB for the whole company, one user may have 1GB and another user 15GB, as long as the whole companies storage doesn't exceed 50GB you are fine.
You can see a breakdown of your storage and how it is being used at any time and we will warn you if you start running out.
In the unlikely event you need even more storage, if for example you store a large amount of video files, then you just increase your user count, simple.
Support & Consultancy

We find every company has different support needs. Why should you pay for something you never use?
If you do need additional help chose from one of the following options or perhaps a combination of both options:
Business Partners
We have a number of local independent business partners that have knowledge of 1BizApp and can help you with training, setup or migration from your existing system.
Being local and independent they are often the best choice if you want that face to face personal touch.

1BizApp Support
We don't believe in call centres or general helplines where you get bumped from one person to the next until you get to someone that can help.
When you sign up for our support you are given an account manager who is part of a small team based in the United Kingdom.
Whenever possible we will make sure your account manager or team has experience with your industry sector.
When you need help your account manager will help or in their absence, a close member of their team,
this enables them to get to know your company, what you do and how you operate.
Support costs £15 per 15 minute block, bought in advance in blocks of 5 hours.
Only the specific users you specify can contact your account manager for support or consultancy and a detailed timesheet will be given to show you how the time was spent.
1BizApp Bespoke Developement
We have our own in-house developers in the UK. If you need the services of our developers to bespoke the application for your needs or write a custom interface to your web
site or other system then we will be happy to give you an estimate. Developer time is charged at £25 per 15 minute block.
Payments
Support packages must be bought and paid for in advance, for other payments we will Invoice you at the end of each month and expect payment within 30 days.
We prefer payment directly into our bank, If your number of users is static why not set up a standing order?
We Pay You!
What if you could use the full version for free? What if you actually got paid by us each month?
That could happen if you recommend us to your friends and contacts. we offer a 10% cashback for all direct referrals and 5% cashback on all the referrals the people you refer make.
Not just a one off payment but 10% or 5% of all future revenue from the referred customer, for as long as they are a paying customer.
For example, Bob has 4 users and pays £80 per month, he sent out a eMail-shot to his contacts (using 1BizApp), on it he
mentioned the fantastic new app he was using, it also contained a website link to 1BizApp containing his unique referral code. 15 of Bob's
contacts became 1BizApp customers with a total of 200 users between them, these contacts in turn recommended 1BizApp to their contacts,
creating a further 500 users.
Now instead of Bob paying £80 per month to us, we pay Bob £320 per month, every month for his direct referrals (£400 - £80) and a further £500 per month for his 'tier 2' referrals. We pay Bob a total of £820 EVERY month.
